Privacy notice
Updated October 5, 2026
This notice covers the King marketing website and access waitlist, operated by Plausible Deniability Labs. It does not describe the separate King iOS app.
What this website collects
When you join, we store your email address, the time of your request, and your agreement to receive access updates. We also store the page path, the referring website's hostname, and campaign tags from the link you followed, when present. These help us understand where signup requests originate.
For abuse prevention, we use a keyed hash of the connection's IP address in short-lived request counters. These counters are deleted after 24 hours. Our hosting provider may separately process IP addresses and technical request information in its service logs.
How we use it
We use your email to manage the waitlist, respond to your questions, and contact you about King access. Joining does not start a subscription or authorize a payment. We do not sell waitlist information or use advertising pixels on this website.
Where it is processed
Vercel hosts the website and its signup endpoint. Neon stores the waitlist in a database in the United States. AgentMail handles our contact inbox and internal signup notifications, which include your email and signup attribution. These providers process data to deliver those services.
Your choices
You can leave the waitlist or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your signup information by emailing king-pdl@agentmail.to from the address you used. We keep signup information while managing your access request unless you ask us to remove it. We may need to retain limited records when required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
The signup flow does not set marketing cookies or store your email in browser storage. Form information stays in the current page until you close or reload it. Infrastructure providers may use technical measures for security and service delivery.
